3 Bedroom House in Washington

This clean, model home, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 3 TV'S. All on one level. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes, spices, towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and much more. The backyard has a spectacular view of Coral Canyon Golf Course, mountains, hills and a pond. It sits Right across from pool, hot tubs and showers. Relax each night on the back patio, just soaking up the views.
Sleeps 8 adults in beds. 'SLEEP NUMBER' bed in king room. Individual settings let you choose your own individual comfort. 2nd bedroom has large tv and queen bed. 3rd bedroom has TV 1 bunk bed (1 single and 1 double and 1 queen}. We also have a pack-n-play. Large master closet fits the pack-n-play for a quiet sleeping baby or pad for child. Please read reviews of other guests stay.
Club house area is a big hit for all ages. Conveniently located across the street, with pool, hot tub, ping pong table , fitness center and stocked fishing pond.

Summary: It was clearly communicated that we could check in early the day of our arrival. Upon getting settled in it was noted how clean the home was. Everything was available to us as described on VRBO. The location is ideal for Zion and other state parks. We had a great 5 day stay. The grand children from Arizona and their parents visited as well. All six of us were very comfortable and had plenty of space. A short drive to everything needed for a wonderful vacation and the home was well equipped to accommodate all of us. The community pools across the street were an added bonus. We would love to visit Utah again and would definitely consider staying here.

Summary: Fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, sitting right on the green of Coral Canyon Golf Course. A quick walk to the pool and Terry and Jay were very accommodating. Great value and a perfect stay for our annual golf trip!

Summary: We chose this house because my hubby wanted to play golf one day, so we chose a house on the golf course.This house was perfect! It sat above hole 13 and every evening, we got to watch the sun set over the golf course from the patio and even from the huge window in the living room. The house was so spacious and perfect for the four adults that we had. I would recommend this house to everyone and will even stay here again ourselves.

Summary: Asking questions before the trip was easy. Beautiful condo, easy to access from the interstate. Close to Grocery and restaurants, within an hour from Zion and many other trails made for a fun long weekend.

Summary: My family and I stayed here during our national park trip. It was on the tail end so we all enjoyed relaxing with the views and swimming in the pool and hot tub.The house had everything we needed and very well cleaned.Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Right on the golf course & Clean and well cared for. Hosts were amazing and gave very clear instructions. Definitely would stay again. Parking is a challenge if you have a trailer.

Summary: Very nice home overlooking the golf course. 10-15 minutes from St George restaurants. Close to I15. One hour to Zion. We would rent here again. Great communication with the owners.
